REJECTED: GStreamer

I'm pre-emptively rejecting GStreamer with this mail.

Rationale:
GStreamer is a well-designed, multiple-backend media framework, which
allows arbitrary 'pipes' to be made, connecting various events and
'sinks'. However, it does not have API stability yet, and thus it is not
under consideration for this platform release.

It should also be noted that GStreamer does not yet enjoy significant
cross-platform support, also.
