I do agree with the point that dbus shouldn't be included for now,
neither should the X stuff until it's more settled.

The platform should reflect consensus and contain only
1.0-or-above-level software. It should not push things before they are
finished or before there is consensus on them.

Everyone has a de facto veto anyway so you may as well acknowledge that
explicitly.
