On the first 2 releases, it was first come first serve wrt. the honor of 
working 80hrs/week as release manager.

Roland offered to do the job on October 22, so  let's make a committment 
to him tomorrow.

If Kristian is still interested, he is welcome to the next cycle.   If 
we are lucky enough to have more than
one eager volunteer at that time, we'll have to do more than debate, 
we'll have to vote.
