Hi!

----

--> Agenda items from my side:
* CVS and CVS commit mailinglist seems to be working again (thanks to
Daniel! :) so the last remaining "blocker" for doing commits to the
release branch is gone.
* This also means we have to talk about the schedule - remaining items
are:
  1. When shoud the patch nomination phase end (for normal patches,
we're basically "on hold" since the freedesktop.org break-in (Nov 15)) ?
  2. When should the patch nomination phase for critical patches
start/end ?
  3. When should the first release canidate be tagged (and tarballs be
made) ?
  4. Around three weeks after [3] we should start thinking about
preparing the release (unless regressions/problems have been found
during [3]), which includes:
    - Making a prototype for the release notes
    - Making a prototype for the press annoucement

--> Other questions:
* Who is going to host todays call ?

----

Bye,
Roland
