No release wranglers call today

We decided on Monday's call that there was no need to have a release
wranglers call today since the final nomination approvals for the 6.8.2
release were completed on that call.

We also felt that with the holidays rapidly approaching and many people
starting their vacations, the time for the next release wranglers call
would probably not happen until after the first of the year.  However,
if there is a need to have a call sooner, we should discuss when to have
it here on the mailing list.
