The expedient fix is to link Xprint against libX11.  This is assuredly 
"incorrect" in some sense, but it links and appears to work as normal.  This 
change has been committed in the interest of having the tree build.

The correct fix will require some time investment from Xprint people.  I have 
no idea how it could ever have linked in the first place, nor how the 
XlibConf.h change broke it.
