There is on Solaris, but I believe it requires still keeping around an
empty libXevie.so.  I still wonder what the point is - putting it into
libXext just makes it harder to change, harder to remove if for some
reason it goes the way of XIE & PEX, and increases the bloat in libXext
for the majority of apps who don't need it.
