CVS head open for submissions again

I would assume - althought nothing has been said - that CVS head is open
for submissions again. At least I cannot think of any reasons why it
should not as the release branch is cut from which we could make bugfix
or security releases if this should ever become necessary.
If I'm wrong with this assumption please let me know ASAP.
