All,
This is not my patch - it comes from Warren Turkal. I'm merely
channelling from IRC to email.

The attached patch stops XShm.c using ImUtil.h, which apparently removes
it from public API use. It's not in X.Org or XFree86's public API.
Warren wants to take ImUtil.h out of the public API.

Once again, this is not my change; please review and send feedback to
the list.
