Actually, we should start merging the xlibs autotool and other changes 
into the X.Org tree, changing things as needed to leave files in the same 
places in CVS.  This way we can test the autotool build alongside the 
imake build to make sure things work as expected.

Part of that should be the generation of .pc files from the imake build.
