Ah, naivete. Sigh.

Someone needs to do the libX11 merge. I cannot (repeat, cannot) do this,
as I'm currently engaged in an orgy of end-of-semester assessment, and
watching the looming spectre of exams: under a week of swotvac (about 4
or 5 days, I think) after the end of semester, until I have two exams in
one day. I really don't have the time.

So, someone needs to merge libX11. While we're slipping, we might as
well change the scope a little, since it's been a while. In particular,
I want to mark Xpm and Xaw as deprecated, and slide them out of the
release. I have a dream where they are dead, and I am firing bullets
indiscriminately into their unmarked grave, and performing other
unmentionable acts.

In short: someone please, please, *please* merge libX11. I'll take care
of xtrans (properly), hopefully by the end of this week; while I'm
pumping myself full of caffeine to finish uni stuff, might as well go
all out. Also, feel free to object strenuously if you see reason why Xpm
and Xaw should be released as part of the xlibs general release.
