Keith, how can we write to fd.o CVS (pserver/ssh, which accounts)?

Buster, you can see my code at http://www.tuxpan.cl/fcatrin/fdo. It has
all the basic functionality and a bit of accelerated stuff.

BTW: I got MMIO working when preparing a test case for Buster! it seems
that I just needed iopl(3)
