Actually, exports/include will look just like /usr/X11R6/include, so most 
files will be found in exports/include/X11.  That way things will be able 
to use the same include syntax for exports as they do for /usr/X11R6/
include.

I'll see if I can't get things working locally then describe where files 
could get moved.
