Re: VESA RandR

It is a Trident card.  I know that with some of the chipsets that I can turn 
on rotation in xorg.conf before starting X, but that isn't what I want to do.  
Since this laptop has the ability to pivot its screen, it can be in either 
laptop mode or slate mode...but for that to make sense I need to rotate on 
the fly (no X restart).  I'm not really too concerned about accelleration.  
So should the Vesa randr work?
