compiling, ltmain.sh not found

Freshly cvs'ed:

It says not using libtool but ltmain.sh is generated by libtool.
Isn't it?

The ./configure is generated though, but while running it:

[...]
checking for BSD-compatible nm... /usr/bin/nm -B
./ltconfig: ./ltconfig: No such file or directory
configure: error: libtool configure failed

Any hint?

I'm using automake17, autoconf257, libtool135.
