Xnest crashiness - (Get|Set)WindowPixmap

Hi,

Xnest crashes when creating windows due to missing (Get|Set)WindowPixmap
methods. Stubbing them out kinda works (stops things crashing for a
while), but it appears to be actually required in order to make xcompmgr
work correctly.

Can someone give me a clue as to what X calls need to be nested here to
make this work and then I can go ahead and implement it...
