  PAM doesn't do OTP unless you explicitly configure it to do OTP.

  If you want to know how to configure OTP for PAM, then you'll have to read the PAM documentation, and ask questions on the PAM list.

  Perhaps you could describe what you want to do.  There may be a different way to do things.

  i.e. You're asking "Why doesn't this solution work?"

  If instead you describe the problem, it will likely be easier to help you.
