The patterns/*dtr files were omitted by accident.

I corrected this and reposted the tarball. I also fixed it
in the CVS by adding these files to EXTRADIST in patterns/Makefile*
and moved the CVS tag on these two files.

If you downloaded gnugo-3.3.17.tar.gz within the first hours
of its release and can't compile it, this is the reason.
