GNU Go 3.3.20

GNU Go 3.3.20 is now available.

Unfortunately the usual web page at devel.html isn't getting updated
from the CVS very promptly. If you can't find GNU Go 3.3.20 at the
usual place, get it here:

As far as we know this should compile with VC++ thanks to help
from Trevor, but that needs to be tested.

I expect that at some point in the fairly near future there
will be a code freeze and we'll only accept patches for 3.4
that are urgent.
