GNU Go 3.6 pre 1

GNU Go 3.6 Pre 1 is now available at:

http://www.gnu.org/software/gnugo/devel.html

The tarball is called gnugo-3.6-pre1.tar.gz. This
program should be scrutinized for problems since
it could end up on your Aunt Tillie's disk drive
one day soon.

I have appended a list of files that are in the CVS
that are not in the tarball. Presumably most of these
need to be added to EXTRADIST in Makefile.am for their
directories. Then they will be in the next tarball.

I forget why doc/devel.html is in there. Perhaps it
should be removed from the CVS. (I think maybe it
was added when Arend reorganized the web pages.)

Apart from this, are there any files listed that
should NOT be added to EXTRADIST?
