GNU Go 3.7.6

GNU Go 3.7.6 is now available at:

http://www.gnu.org/software/gnugo/devel.html

This includes Nando's patches for VC compilation and a few
missing test files. The engine is identical to 3.7.5.

Unfortunately we already have a bug report:
