GNU Go 3.7.12 is released in cvs with a tarball at:

http://www.gnu.org/software/gnugo/devel.html

This includes Gunnar Farneback's tunable Monte-Carlo
mode for 9x9 Go. Not really documented yet but see
gnugo --help. It's probably mid-kyu strength on 9x9.
