NEWS: AdvanceSCAN v1.6

AdvanceSCAN v1.6 has been released at :

AdvanceSCAN is a command line rom manager for MAME, MESS,
AdvanceMAME, AdvanceMESS and Raine.
It contains also a diff generator of rom sets.

It runs in Linux, Mac OS X, DOS, Windows and in all the other
Unix like platforms.

This is the list of changes:

* Fixed the support for zips with additional data descriptors.
* Updated with autoconf 2.57 and automake 1.7.4.
* Added support for the new `nodump' flag in MAME 0.68.
* Removed the `redump' output because no more required.
  Now MAME 0.68 ouputs the correct crc and no more
  the NOT version. No more ambiguity.
* Some fixes for the gcc 3.3 compiler.
