NEWS: AdvanceMAME v0.69.0

AdvanceMAME v0.69.0 has been released at :

AdvanceMAME is an unofficial MAME version with an advanced video
support for helping the use with TVs, Arcade Monitors, Fixed Frequencies
Monitors and also for PC Monitors.

It runs in Linux, Mac OS X, DOS, Windows and in all the other
platforms supported by the SDL library.

This is the list of changes:

* Fixed the horizontal and vertical sync polarity on the Linux
  Framebuffer video driver [by Ralph]
* Added a new preliminary -listxml option.
* Fixed the output of all the floating point values in configuration
  files for the DOS version.
