NEWS: AdvanceMAME v0.65.0

AdvanceMAME v0.65.0 has been released at :

AdvanceMAME is an unofficial MAME version for DOS and Linux with an
advanced video support for helping the use with TVs, Arcade Monitors,
Fixed Frequencies Monitors and also for PC Monitors.

This is the list of changes:

* Fixed the CPU detection by the configure script.
* The Linux ALSA sound drivers now doesn't block the execution if the
  DSP is already in use.
* Fixed the Linux Frame Buffer driver when a DIRECTCOLOR mode
  is used displaying fuzzy colors.
* Added some patches for the Linux SVGALIB in the contrib/ dir.
* Added a new `device_video_cursor' option to control the visibility
  of the mouse cursor.
* Minor fix computing the size of double sized modes.
