NEWS: AdvanceMENU v2.3.4

AdvanceMENU v2.3.4 has been released at :

AdvanceMENU is a frontend for the AdvanceMAME, AdvanceMESS, MAME,
MESS, xmame, Raine and any other emulator.

It runs in Linux, Mac OS X, DOS, Windows and in all the other
platforms supported by the SDL library.

This is the list of changes:

* The program doesn't try to effectively load the
  "none" image file used to disable the image
  loading.
* Added a new `device_alsa_mixer' option to control the sound mixing.
  The default is to use an internal mixer to change to volume.
* Documented in the `advdev.txt' file how use the ALSA `dmix' plug
  for a software mixing from multiple programs.
