NEWS: AdvanceMAME v0.67.0

AdvanceMAME v0.67.0 has been released at :

AdvanceMAME is an unofficial MAME version for DOS and Linux with an
advanced video support for helping the use with TVs, Arcade Monitors,
Fixed Frequencies Monitors and also for PC Monitors.

This is the list of changes:

* Updated with autoconf 2.57.
* The error messages are printed also if `misc_quiet' is specified.
* The configure script now checks if the MAME/MESS emulator source
  are missing.
* Added in the contrib/ dir the "Quick guide to find safequit data"
  [by Filipe Estima].
