NEWS: AdvanceSCAN v1.9

AdvanceSCAN v1.9 has been released at :

AdvanceSCAN is a command line rom manager for MAME, MESS,
AdvanceMAME, AdvanceMESS and Raine.
It contains also a diff generator of rom sets.

It runs in Linux, Mac OS X, DOS, Windows and in all the other
Unix like platforms.

This is the list of changes:

* Fixed a Mac OS X crash problem with XML files with
  empty items.
* Only the XML driver.status entry is now used to recognize
  the game emulation status. Game not marked as
  "preliminary" are considered working games.
