NEWS: AdvanceMAME v0.86.0

AdvanceMAME v0.86.0 has been released at :

AdvanceMAME is an unofficial MAME version with an advanced video
support for helping the use with TVs, Arcade Monitors, Fixed Frequencies
Monitors and also for PC Monitors.

It runs in Linux, Mac OS X, DOS, Windows and in all the other
platforms supported by the SDL library.

This is the list of changes:

* Added an audio spectrum analyzer in the "Audio" menu.
* The sound normalization now uses the Fletcher-Munson
  "Equal Loudness Curve" at 80 dB to remove inaudible
  frequencies. The sound power is now also increased if
  required.
* Fixed the compilation of the chdman utility.
* Fixed the joystick recognition with some low level drivers.
