mng, mp3, startup time

Hello,

As Andrea mentions on the main page, I created a MNG/MP3 collection
that fits perfectly in AdvanceMenu.
There is now a .torrent that you can find on my webpage,

I added in attachment my current startuptime list, just paste it in
your advmame.rc

I  think it would be nice for advance mame to be able to read other RC
together,  so  that  users  can update startup time easily without the
risk to lose their own keys configuration.

(a 2-lines sed script might help to put them together too.)
