AdvanceCD on hard disk with grub.

Hello, 
 
I use a Gentoo distro on my computer which boot with grub. I saw that 
AdvanceCD can be installed on a hard disk but I presume it's in a 
standalone mode (makebootfat will destoy my grub, no ?). So, how can I have 
a Gentoo and an AdvanceHD on the same HD ?
