All-in-one motherboard for AdvanceCD?

I'm looking to buy a motherboard that will provide both video and audio for AdvanceCD. I want to build a MAME cabinet and I don't have a PC sitting around, so I figured that it should be inexpensive to get a motherboard with audio and video support, and a 2 GHz celeron or similar. The problem is that the AdvanceCD documentation lists video cards and sound cards, but doesn't say much about motherboards. And a lot of the docs for the motherboards just say "Intel Extreme Graphics" without listing the actual chipset. I've searched the Intel offerings from newegg.com and ewiz.com, and I couldn't find a single one with video and audio that were both obviously supported by AdvanceCD. I'm really surprised that this hasn't been discussed. An A/V Mboard is about $75 US. Could it be cheaper to buy a separate video card? Is there a "here are some cheap hardware setups" discussion somewhere? Thanks. I'm sorry for such an entry-level question, but I searched and couldn't find anything for advancecd in combination with hardware or motherboard.
