AdvMenu and WG U2000

    I'm trying to use AdvMenu to run DOS MAME and have
made some progress.  I have a ArcadeVGA and a Wells
Gardner U2000 monitor and need some help with the
configuration of AdvMenu, since the ArcadeVGA is
taking care of MAME.  Here is what I did:

    I created a new advmenu.rc file.
    I then edited the advmenu.rc and added the
following line based on install.txt from the
Documentation section on the AdvMame site:

   device_video_clock 5 - 50 / 15.75 / 60

    Is that all I need to do to get AdvMenu running? 
I don't need to run advv -advmenu do I?
    Given that I am using an ArcadeVGA, is the line
above even the correct line to enter into the
Advmenu.rc file?  What line should I enter instead to
compensate for the "arcade like" modes that the
ArcadeVGA is already pushing out?

    According to the manual for my monitor, the
horizontal frequency is 15.1 to 18 KHz, the vertical
frequency is 47 Hz to 60 Hz, and the max resolution is
560 x 240.  If I do need to enter the line above,
should it be changed to read as follows:

   device_video_clock 5 - 50 / 15.1 - 18 / 47 - 63

   How do I even know if the "5-50" pclock setting is
right foe my monitor/card?
