Best 30khz video card?

Hello everyone,
 
Does anyone have a recommendation for a video card that does 30kHz the best?  I've been using a Matrox G400 for low res and it's been working great, but I thought maybe an ATI or nvidia based card could be better for 30k.  I would likely be running Win98se.
 
Any input would be greatly appreciated!
