That's fine, I was planning on buying a new card for this box anyways. So you think a PNY Ti4600 or Riva TNT2 would be the best card for 24khz/30khz? I won't be running it at all at low res. I've saved myself a lot of trouble going with the right card (g400) from the start and would like to do the same with the new cab. =) Are you running a 24-30khz arcade monitor setup?

Thanks again for all your help!

Take care,
Thomas

Ya, unfortunately it does. The matrox handles low arcade resolutions well,
however, it doesn't support low pclocks. You might be better off with a PNY
Geforce TI 4600 or Riva TNT2 card. Many rage 128 pro cards work well also.

If you'd like to keep your matrox card, you can always double the horizontal
resolutions for games that run below 8mHz. It's a bit of work, but you can
keep your matrox card.
