Problems with the linux-2.6.10-nvidiafb.diff!!!

Andrea, I installed these kernel files:

kernel-doc-2.6.10-3mdk.i586.rpm
kernel-source-2.6-2.6.10-3mdk.i586.rpm

from 
http://carroll.cac.psu.edu/pub/linux/distributions/mandrakelinux/devel/cooker/i586/media/main/

And when I applied the 
http://advancemame.sourceforge.net/beta/linux-2.6.10-nvidiafb.tar.gz patch I 
got some errors.
So, I got the linux-2.6.10.tar.bz2 from http://www.kernel.org and did the 
same thing, but I´m still got some errors.

I only did these steps:

1. Installed the linux-2.6.10.tar.bz2 at /usr/src.
2. Installed the linux-2.6.10-nvidiafb.tar.gz at /usr/src/linux-2.6.10
3. And finally run "patch -p1 < linux-2.6.10-nvidiafb.diff"

Even in same both kernels, I got errors when the patch program starts to 
modify some files. Wich kernel I need to use with this patch?
