What is the correct pclock for a Radeon 9200?

 I have a Radeon 9200 and a Wells Gardner U2000 monitor. I know from the monitor manual that the horizontal frequency is 15.1 to 18 KHz, the vertical frequency is 47 Hz to 60 Hz, and the max resolution is 560 x 240. 
 
So, my device_video_clock line should be something like: 
 
device_video_clock x - y / 15.1 - 18 / 47 - 63  
 
What do I use for a pclock setting with this card?
