Hantarex CRTs - difference between video and gaming monitors

I have just found out on the Hantarex  UK web site, that they have also cased CRT monitors.

But these are not Polos but CT EQ/3 so called video monitors (not gaming monitors???).

Does anybody know or have a feeling these CT EQ/3s might be the same as Polos 15 kHz???

They are cased and that is what makes me interested. But I am not sure if they would be capable of 50-60 Hz range at the same quality as Polos. Because for instance, TVs are rather poor at 60 Hz as for the picture quality... (RGB)
