The best thing to do is to use this circuit http://www.tkk.fi/Misc/Electronics/circuits/vga2rgbs_ttl.gif. If you simply wiring the 13 and 14 pin from your VGA card, you´ll be doing a short-circuit on your videoboard, and it can be damaged. Don´t do this, ok?
