assistance with correct values for LCD

I have a Viewsonic VP191b LCD display, specs here:

I am very interested in getting AdvancedMame and Menu working on my Pentium
based Windows XP machine but can't seem to program the display correctly.

 

I could not use the advcfg program because it wouldn't let me type "/" in
the custom display timing window. (it let me type numbers and letters but
not the character /  - I tried two different keyboards, one USB and one P2.)


 

I need to know the correct value for "device_video_clock".  

 

I have tried some values and some games work but most do not.  I am
specifically interested in the bitblitting technology in this product to
improve the game image by extrapolating pixels when the image is magnified.
I want to run the games full screen on my 5/4 (1280 x 1024 pixel) screen.

 

Can someone make a suggestion?
