There shouldn't be any major bugs left, but who knows.  Be sure to use the 
highpclock parameter, as nvidia's driver won't support modes under 12 mHz. 

Just cut and paste the modelines directly into your configuration file.  It 
shouldn't matter how many monitors you're using, as long as the 15kHz one is 
on the default vga/dvi.  15kHz modes don't work via tv-out.  I tried.
