Compile advmame help!

I have a problem like this: 
-first of all, I got an error message:
process_begin: CreateProcess((null), uname, ...) failed.
...

...
...
...
...
-Then It continued a little more and report this:

I don't know what the problem is and don't know how to solve this either. Could somebody help me please?
