Resolutions for games.

Hello all.

I am in the process of upgrading my cabinet, so I decided to make a new
list of how many games use each resolution, so I can make custom modes
for the most used ones. 

Perhaps the list can be useful for someone here. Please note that I 
have swapped the width and heigth for vertical games (so it is in fact
the screen resolution). This can be changed with a command-line option
(or you can generate only vertical or horizontal modes for dedicated
cabinets). It can also use only the resolution (not the refresh rate),
if you do not use vsync. If anyone wants to play with the script, you

The following list was generated from the --listxml of AdvanceMAME
0.101. The first column is the number of games that uses a particular
resolution, then the resolution, and finally an example game that uses
this resolution. The 40 most used modes amount to 79.2% of the games.
