I'm still seeing the same bug as with the 1.01 release:  When you try
to start it for a console system, it claims you are not specifying a
cartridge:

    [arcade@arcanomicon advancemess-0.102.0.0] $ advmess a2600 -cart
    "Adventure_(1978)_(Atari).a26"
    Driver requires that device cartridge must have an image to load
    Unable to initialize machine emulation


In fact, it acts like it doesn't even know what the cartridge
parameter is for:

    [arcade@arcanomicon advancemess-0.102.0.0] $ advmess a2600
    -dev_cartridge
    Unknown command line option '-dev_cartridge'.
