Audio - BAD in AdvanceMAME no in Mame32

Hello to all.
Somebody could help myself with this sound problem that I am having with 
AdvanceMAME v0.95 Windows.

The used Computer is a P4 2.4 Ghz in Windows 98
Motherboard ECS 651-M
