Andrea, help me to ccmpile AdvanceCD

Hello Andrea!

I´m trying the AdvanceCD sources to generate an updated version.
But, when I use the "make distbin" to generate the binaries, the make
utility
Cannot find the utod application.

I did a search for this utod application on my Mandriva 2006 powerpack, but
I didn´t find.

Where I can download this?

My next step is to include the newest AdvanceMAME and AdvanceMESS and after
that, update with a new kernel.

If you can help me, I´d appreciate.
