Running other emulators using advancemenu on arcade monitor (Amiga for instance)

Hello,

Does anyone know if it is possible to het other dos emulators to output 15,7 
KHz as wel?
I want to use an Amiga emulator and a C64 Emulator on my arcade cabinet 
(next to Mame).

Does Advancemenu take care of the video output in some way? I suppose not. 
Then, the emulator needs to be suitable, or not?
