Re: ADV Menu/Mame problem with Windows Vista

if you're running it out of the program files directory, it's possible
that you're hitting the user aliasing that vista does.  the gist is
that if you copy something in while not running as administrator, it
gets aliased into another directory + the logic for when it can/can't
be seen is a bit esoteric to trade off app compatibility vs security.
