Okay, I figured out I was on the wrong page for new topics. So, here's my
issue: I have a cabinet wired composite sync. In the adv docs, it refers to
addressing this by 'setting the programs accordingly' - but doesn't specify
what this means. I can't even get a format because it won't sync. I'm
looking for some global parameter - ie: device_video_sync, etc. Does anyone
know if there is one?

Or, maybe the problem isn't this? I'll explain. I get a stable picture in
Windows Mame. But in Advancemame I get a stable yet scrambled picture. It's
diagonally torn into, say, 20 strips, and then like each strip is rolled.
