Hi ...
I have a small project the requirement of the project is like this
What i need is a very simple and small application.
The user of the mobile have to input a country and a
city code. Based on
these and a small database on the device (see attached
table) a value
should
be determined which is used within a simple formula
which calculates a
time
which will be entered in the scheduler and play a
particular ringtone
(for
example our company melody)when the alarm time is
activated.
1. Sales person enters country & city code and the
J2ME phone App gets conference details (little
database on the device) and calculates the time for
the specific city.
2. It puts Alarms for new conferences and erases old
ones.
3. Based on the conference, Alarm is generated and a
particular ring tone is played.
4. When Alarm is played, a snooze or dismiss option
will be available for the sales person.
Please take into regard that I'm a very newbie to this
technology. The presentation have to be a direct hit.
Any technical problem will put a risk on the effort of
the demonstration and a further bigger engagement.
The demonstration will consist of two parts. One with
a demonstration as a PC-Simulation, and a second part
as a live-performance.
That's all. In the first step i need nothing more. But
when i succeed
with
this little demonstration we have much more to do ;-)
